It is fair to say that Ali knows something about gin. From a collection spanning almost 400 bottles, one of the largest collections in the world to the history of gin, he is a welcoming host to all. Having "tested" (OK, tasted) thousands of gin and tonics from all corners of the globe. From the busling bars of downtown Bangkok, to the worlds most predicious gin bar in Singapore to the best of London's Gin bars.

But as with anything, there is always more to learn. Gin is an ever evolving drink, and going by the last 300 years, there are plenty more adventures to come. With over 7,000 gins being made in distilleries around the world, from large distilleries in the UK, to backyard sheds in France gin is everywhere. Come on a worldwide journey of discovery. You can find directions to the Gin Library here on Google Maps.
